On Juice, able to train lacking bi's 2x a week
Hey guys my bi's are lacking a little bit,a nd i just recently started a cycle of dbol , eq and test, and im wandering if its okay that i train bi's with back on tuesday, and then train bi's again seperatly on friday? Since you recover faster on juice i am wandering if this okay? thanks

try to do bi's with something else on tuesday (chest or shoulder) and friday try bi's and tri's
ur arms going to feel tired all the time
i guess u want some extra inch's on ur arm right? we all want that
man i try to do tha b4 and didn't work for me and went back to once a week i do bi's and tri's one day I just train them really good (not really big eaither 19)
