I'd use a syringe to measure... a little more peace of mind on the accuracy

it's pretty **** accurate. I measured in a slin pin the first 10 times i used their clen . Once in awhile you may get a little bubble and be off a small persentage. But even with clen pills the dosing is never exactly what it's supposed to be.

Not to hijack this thread, but I'm up to 100mcgs today, and I felt nothing. Is that normal? BTW use a slin pin to measure the dose.

i used the pump and calibrated a dose with a slin pin....it wasn't 20mcg!!! actually much closer to 30mcg
I would use a pin so you be sure, its not hard

the pumps are very accurate ....they are very expensive because the are acurate. who ever is up too 100mcg with out feeling anything. Is not measuring it right or they are not using the fruit punch clen that is sold at ar-r . give it 5 squirts and then try to type......
Most people shake at 2-3 squirts
