    Question How much Deca needed to help joints?

    Hey I'm going to run 600mg Deca most of the cycle for my joints. But i was just wondering will that help a good bit more than running 200mg? I assume running 600mg would help out double? Just wondering if anyone knew the rate in how much more Deca you take that how much more it helps your joints? I'm just going to run the Deca to help prepare for my heavy cycle in the winter. I can't run anything stronger than Deca and EQ on the summer days so i can stay lean.

    I'm curious too - I'e heard that deca helps or can cure joint problems

    I had joint problems even before i started lifting
    heavier and i didn't know deca helps in this
    problem, started doing 100mg then 300mg weekly
    or you can also do t200 helps too...same mgs

    I had severe shoulder pain (rotator cuff) before my first cycle (deca /winny) and at a dose of 400mg/week the pain began to drastically subside within 3 weeks and was all but gone by the end of the cycle. It has not returned since.....that was last July.

    A minimum dose of 200 MG / Week is needed for tendon and ligament therapy.

    OK I know 200mg is sufficient to repair. but noone is answering my question if 600mg would triple the effect on repairing? You would think it would. But maybe it can only do so much and after 200mg it don't work much more on your joints? I want to know! lol

    Maybe big, maybe not. My advice is to experiement and see what works. I mean don't start off with 600, try 200 then slowly move up, remember too Deca takes a while to work into your system, so give it a few weeks. If you don't feel an improvment in your joints, try uppin the dose. Deca is excellent for joints and all. Remember the ole "Deca Dick" thing, so taking 600mg, will definately make ole Mr. Totter limp...

    the effect of repairing will be the same
    regardless of the amount, but with 600mg due to
    more gear the effect time is much longer..
    personal experience...

    deca helps partially because of its progestenic activities (bad if you're prone to gyno). this helps to increase fluid residues in the joints and alleviate pain, but there is no healing action involved. obviously if there's less friction in there it will allow you to lift with that joint without this friction and this would prevent further damage.

    if 200mg/wk is enough to lube you up then 600mg/wk is not going to be any more effective.

    JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION...

    that was my 1st cycle and that was to help my stress tear (a slight rotator cuff injury) for my left shoulder...i used 200mg a week for 8 weeks...i was then 235lbs i stand at 6'2"...200 seems to be sufficient but individuals and needs are diff..hope this helps...

    I think I'll just run 300mg Deca wk. And run 600mg of EQ also.

    running 300deca plus 600EQ you will not only cure the joint problem but also gain weight...
