They also state that if for some reason the package was detained, they will ship another free of charge.

I would like to know how they came up with 99.5% passing? Of course if you do decide to order from a www site you risk getting scammed. But if you do, place your 1st couple orders with minmum $$$

Online ordering no matter where from is always risky. Beware and go for cheap as possible until you know more about them. If a company claims they ship with good rate as that, I say it is made up. Not with what they are sending.

I would agree with you. Everyone says that 99.9% of .com sites are scammers. Its probably more like 50 50.
