Will propecia make winstrol, masteron, and other DHT derived steroid innefective?

I was wondering if propecia would render such drugs like the DHT derivitives useless, since propecia somehow blocks DHT. However, im not sure that Propecia actually blocks DHT, i think it stops the conversion of regular test to DHT. If this is the case, then would using propecia with winstrol or masteron type drugs be and excersise in futility to avoid hair loss?

no propecia blocks the 5aa enzyme in the blood cause test to turn into dht but these compounds are already 5aa reduced so they dont need to convert and do not require the enzyme being blocked
