taking deca 400mg a week...Does it matter to split up shots or fine once a week?

well you should be shootin that eod,so why not split up the deca and chuck it in?

deca should be injected twice a week on mon and thurs. and if your runnin the sust make sure you split it up into atleast eod injections

run deca 300 mgs per week once or twice it doesnt really matter
chuck the sust and grab some enathate
500mg per week

well it kinda does matter..you want to try and keep your levels stable....shooting all the deca once a week wont accomplish that...also...if your shooting sust 3x a week it is perfect to split up the deca in each of those shots...just like the other guys said..

I am now using a deca 100mg version and was intendng to shoot aon wed and fri for stability. I did also read somewhere that smaller consistant doses are better than large infrequent ones.
