its not true ...... sometimes when you inject win into a muscle, it causes the fascia to swell....but is only temporary

It worked for me and after the swell goes away you get a harder muscle and deppending
on how much you inject you can increase its size as well its cut.

i have heard that it does work i posted the same kind of a thread and got some really intresting answers been honest i took swolecats advice ask him bout it he will tell u to drink it

Spot injections do nothing more than inflame the muscle it was injected in. If they did work then we would all have buns of steel, very large buns of steel.
