    Question wots the best vitamins for your liver?

    i know that taking steroids is no good for your liver, i also drink only on weekends while i'm on the juice, i dont like to put my liver under loads of stress like this so i was wondering id there were any supplements that i could take that will help my liver get stronger?

    I use Liver X while I am on a cycle,but I think the main thing to remember is to drink plenty of water.

    Yeah I Agree With Everyone , Mainly With The Milk Thistle U Dont Need To Take So Many At One Time Though. Unless Your About To Have Liver Failure Or Something.

    That doesnt make sense. What are you saying he cant drink? LOL my liver fell out where. Why does it seem like so many people ask this same dumb question over and over. Ofcourse you shouldnt drink, even if it only a couple. Do dumb things on your own dont look for someone to tell you its ok.
