    Which gains will be easier to keep? Sust or Cyp?

    I'm 27 and I'm going to start my first cycle soon. I'll be running Eq 400mg weeks 1-10, Winny 50mg ed weeks 7-12, and Clomid weeks 13-16. I'm also going to add either Sust or Cyp, but I'm not sure which. I really want to get a lot out of this but I'm mostly concerned with keeping my gains. Some people say that Cyp is better for a first timer, but I also hear that it is harder to keep your gains from Cyp. Also, if I choose Cyp, how much should I run for 10 weeks?

    I'll be running a similar cycle...my first BTW...
    1-10 250mg Sust
    1-10 400mg EQ
    13-15 clomid
    1-15 Liquidex .25-.50 ED

    Can't answer your question yet, but from the research I've done (which most here would consider my cycle "underdosed"), I believe Sust to be the best Test...like I said, never done it, but know a few who have and they all loved it. Just a though. Let me know how your cycle go's bro.

    i would go with cyp dont like sust for the simple reason its more difficult to get the levels in your blood at the same level constantly which is what we want not to be spiking up and down all the time from the different esters in sust. Apart from that ur good to go cycle looks ok make sure you have nolva on hand

    The Sustanon has a longer half life than the Cyp. but I doubt you'll notice a difference. If I had a choice I'd run with the Sustanon. If your worried about your test blood levels with the Sust shot twice a week. But I honestly don't think that should be an issue.

    Yup I am a big fan of Sus 250.. I believe in it, some will disagree but I like it..

    Gains, as far as what you keep after a cycle, should be about the same. I hold more water with the cyp.
