    EPHEDRINE AND AS???? Can they go hand-and-hand??

    I was wondering if Hydroxycuts or anything like that will hinder gains? Will it help to keep the water low(well of course it will), but will it be bad for my insides?

    moderation is the key to that question. Why are you using the ECa to begin with for the extra energy on days you lift or do cardio or are you trying to burn fat with it, or both?

    ECA will go fine with AS, but it won't do anything to your water if it's from estrogen.
