difference between injectibel and oral b-12
hey bros, is there a big difference between 1000mcg of injectible b-12 and 1000mcg of oral b12? I tried 1000mcg of oral b12 and that never helped me much at all, but i hear rave reviews about injectible b12. Thanks

I think your body will respond better to any injectible over an oral weather it be a steriod or b12, it gets into your system quicker..

I've always wondered that too! Seems weird to inject a vitamin. Especially a red tinted liquid

some say it is a waste others love it....Besides if it does not increase your appetite or raise your energy level, I know for sure it will ease some of the pain from other injectibles. As far as how long it takes to kick in, don't know the exact time, but for me with in an hr. the fridge is calling..

Read through some old threads, and you will see what I mean Calidude,,,What I mean is some people don't respond to b12, while others will...guess there is only one way to find out,,,so give it a go....and your right why not...it is extremely cheap

yeah if I inject just B12 I get super hungry. However, I have found out if I inject B12 with a Bcomplex that has the other b-vitamins I don't get hungry.
