Keep eating...if you want to keep the gains you will need the calories. Of course if you eat a lot of fatty calories you will just get soft. Try and keep it clean to a degree and keep the protein high. A good marker is the 1.5-2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight.

I think he means lots of bad fatty crap like pizza, burgers, chips and plain crap. Try to stick with chicken, steaks, pork, eggs, tuna, veggies, fruits and good stuff. I basically like to say that every meal should be like a good ole Sunday dinner...Meat, Veggies, Fruits and maybe even some potatoes (if you a bulking).

Ok , Sunday dinner everyday sounds money. Yeah its the best way to go.
Now that you mention food. What else is advisable to eat in the morning. Is fruit good. what else.

Jayman,
After your PCT, do you ever reduce your caloric intake,(when your off cycle)?
Or do you keep a constant high calorie, CLEAN diet all year round?
Reason I ask is that your avatar,(which I am assuming is you) is EXACTLY the look I am striving to acheive....and I have a h*ll of a long way to go too, I might add!

Well to achieve that look lets keep on eating like as if things are getting out of style.
