Do the work yourself. Should we go over there and lift the weights for you too? Read and learn. These are questions that have already been asked and answered a million times, and that is why no one is giving you the answer you want. Do some reading, use the search button and you will get your answers. Who knows you might even learn something, and that might be a good idea before you use anything. Oh and another thing....IT IS NOT NICE TO DEMAND AN ANSWER. It will not get you anywhere either.
