    Post Injection Websites W/ Pictures

    Hey Guys, I want to inject in my thigh, but from the picture in the main site of injection sites I can't really tell where to shoot, anybody know any other sites with pictures of where to exactly inject, thanks.

    I dont get the mucle map part
    the darker colors (red #1) is where you are supposed to inject or where you shouldnt inject?
