what type of asprin do you guys use?? any specific brand you find more helpful??

also this may sound dumb but what exactly is the surpose of the asprin in the stack??

people use baby aspririn.. i bleieve it is because the ephedrine and caffiene can cuase headaches..

the aspirin thins ur blood makin the e and the c work better.

asprin also lowers the core body temp so you dont keal over and die on the tredmill. 25mgs E, 200mgs C, 81mgs A.
