Lack of T3/T4

Will it make your hair fall out if you don't have enough T4? My mother just recently got a script for thyroxine when she went to go see the doctor about some hairloss she's been noticing lately.

I have read that T3 can effect hairloss in men and women. I was reading about a guy that made a topical solution with T3 which he would apply to his scalp. He claimed he regrew most, if not all of the hair he had lost. Sorry I don't have any real studies to help you more. Keep us posted on how it works for her.
