The best pct

Can someone give me the best pct for and anavar only cycle of 35mg a day because i need to keep all the strength for track and field. Im also goin on 30mcgs of Igf-1 LR3. in case you are wondering im a junior in college at 21 years old. If every thing goes right with i will throw in test later in the year.
I am will be goin to a next year D1 college if im good this year. Don't worry about tests because i pay good money to pass them.
