OK.. how are u im 18 and i have been wanting to build muscle for a while now but i have been worring about my weight for a while now.. i was 285 last time i posted on here now im 260.. and still goin down thanks to the akins diet.. but i was looking for some help some what supplment would be good for me im not quite sure on whats good and not i have been doing alot of reading and shit but im just like aaa.... im 6'2 260 not sure.. b/f but working on finding out.. any help would be great...
