EvoCash went out of business and alot of people had balances left in their evo accounts. EvoCash told us all that they would be sending out checks, but nobody has yet to receive one.

I've considered my money lost as well. If I ever see it again I will feel like a 6yr old on Christmas. Lets say they do in fact payout. I have a feeling it will be a least a few months into 2005.

That would work if they werent a Panama based company. I doubt anything will come of this to ever effect any of us.

I never got mine either, and they never even sent an email telling people when to expect this check, a sure bad sign, and its already been 3 weeks I don't know how they can get away with that kind of embezzlement..

Pay some ex-navy seals to go down there and give them hell. If you pay me enough i will go. I'm not a navy seal but sometimes i pretend to be which is almost like having the real thing.

I agree. When my source asked me to do evo last year, I said ther is no way I was sending these guys a money order. All transactions are WU or cash direct to him. I pulled a D&B on evo and once I saw it was in Panama, I knew it was a matter of time before they rippred people off or the Feds started chasing them as alot of money is laundered via Panama.

i used them once and that's it. i never kept my money in that account, nor would i ever keep money in any but my bank account. not even paypal. paypal was ripping people off too and i had a lawsuit against them.

I've heard some people getting small checks back....like less than $100. Those MFers took me for $1500.
