    After taking steroids...

After having done a cycle or so, is it harder to gain naturally again?

Also similiar to that, after having done a cutting cycle where you harden your muscles, is it hard to expand those hard muscles and make them bigger?

No on both questions....If you continue do cycle after cycle your receptors will get saturated and blown out, so you will gain less each cycle...Thats why it's good to switch up gear and trick your body into growing, but after your HPTA is restored it should not be any harder than normal to gain mass naturally....

we are all bound by our genetic potential of how much muscle and fat we can have. the closer you get to this potential the harder it is to make gains with or without drugs. just like the skinnier you get, the harder it becomes to lose more fat.

its harder to gain having a bigger body because you don't see results as easy either (naturaly). and you have to fight you bodies set weight also.
