Cardio 20mins x 2 E0D ok?
Im on cycle at the moment is 20mins on the bike am and pm ok or am I going to hinder gains?

I would reduce it to once a day, 3 days a week personally while on a bulker.

just do ur cardio all at once ... first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
