    How To Take Liquid Clen

    Hi Guys,
    I am currently taking Clenbuterol in the gel or liquid form. Someone has told me that I should take it underneath my tongue... Is there any truth in this?, or should i just swallow it like i would with Jelly??

    When I Took It I Just Swallowed It. I Dont See Why It Would Matter. It Might Get To The Blood A Little Faster, But I Still Dont Think It Would Matter That Much.

    as long as its in your body its fine... think about it, you dont take the pills and leave them under the tongue
