after you a clean inject with no air in the syringe you'll see there's still some juice left over in the needle. now if you turn it upside down and pull some air back into the syringe, you'll see that it's 1/10 of a cc of fluid left in the bottom.
i wouldn't recommend doing this, but if you wanted to get every bit of drop from your syringe, pull an extra 1/10 cc of air into the syringe, make sure the air is next to the rubber stopper (it's called gravity) when you inject.
but like i said, it's not worth the risk. just waste the extra gear.....

waste it bro...shoot it..and toss it out..there is no need to mess around to get that last drop...

yeah, but that's alot of gear to waste for prop with every day injects?

Just load it without air and shoot it bro. Don't worry about the 1/10cc.

There really is no risk involved when you are injecting that small of an amount of air into a muscle. Just don't overdo it!
If you are intent on getting every last drop, you should get yourself some B12 and load that into the pin first. And be steady while you withdraw the Prop. Then inject. That way, it is B12 in the needle. There is the possibility of Prop being in there, but even less amount than before.

I always have a small air bubble left... just a little one... so I don't worry about it.... but at the same time it displaces a little bit of oil so its good...

I always start with a little air bubble in the syringe( a 1/10cc) to get the last bit of oil out. Been doing this for years.

Inject it back into the vial? Personally I don't worry about it. I don't inject air. I just shoot the gear and the couple of drops wasted I won't lose any sleep over.

I just usually over draw by 1/10th of a cc to make sure I am getting the full mgs. That's why you always get a little more gear than you need.

pre-filled lovenox (anticoagulant drug) syringes are created for patients to use at home without nursing care. These syringes are designed to be used either IM or SQ. Inside the prefilled syringe is the predetermined about of sterile solution and in my judgment about 0.2-.03 ml of air. The directions for use of this product state to inject the entire contents of the syringe into the site of injection including the air in the syringe. There is also no mention of aspirating!!
just food for thought...
-=edit...spelled thought wrong...so much for being smart=-

Please if you are worried about 1/10 of a cc you have more problems than just shooting juice...

I always use an extra line of air in the needle. Doing an IM with extra air in the syringe will do nothing.
However when I'm super close to veins (ie bicep) I get chicken and take all the air out.
