Deca and Winny
Whats up everyone this is my first post on the boards.
Im thinking about taking winny and deca this May but have some questions on them.
1)How much do they cost in total if i want to do just one cycle
2)One cycle is going to last for 2 months?
3)Are there any seriuos side effects to those 2 ?
4)Has anyone talking this combination before
if so can you tell me how it helped (or didnt ) you with strenght and size
Im 5'10 165 I been workign out for 20 months. Im happy with the way i look but i want to be bigger and more cut up. It also sucks watching kids come into the gym who never put the effect i put into working out throw around more weight then me becasue there juicing. Also I been reading this site and have found out steroids arent as bad as my first impression of them.
So I appreciate any help or info you guys can offer.

to cut up a good cycle and i feel all cycle should have a test base.
wk 1-10 test @400 mg wk
wk 1-10 eq 400 mg wk
wk 7-13 winny 50 mg ed
deca could be substituted for eq but for better cuts a vascularity go with eq
if you go with winny tabs that cycle should run about 400 beans
it a pretty low dosed cycle and sides are rewally not an issue but have some anti e in case of gyno(which is unlikely but bettersafe than sorry)

1. The cost will depend on your source.
2. The cycle could last between 8-12 weeks depending on what you want to do.
3. Steroids affect everyone differently; therefore, it is nearly impossible to determine how they will affect you until you begin.
4. I have done a deca and winnie cycle before and liked it. I did 400 mg deca a week for 10 weeks and 50 mg winnie everyday weeks 6-12. I started clomid 3 days after my last winnie tab. I went from 205-218... 13 lb gain! Strength gains were good. The only side effect was acne that I am having trouble getting rid of.
What you gain will depend on a number of factors but if you follow the above cycle, eat 4000 cals and 300 grams of protein a day, train as hard as your body will let you, drink tons of water, and get 8 hours of sleep a night... you should make some good gains.

Im going to use injections.

Damm 4,000 cal a day and 300 grams.
Thats a lot, I eat healthy but i dont eat a lot.
Im 165 isnt that a lot of protein and cal for a guy my size

At 5'10 and 165 you should be able to put some more weight on naturally. You said you eat healthy, but I am willing to guess that you may not be eating enough. Give us an example of your typical days diet... including any supplements. You may not need steriods just yet.

Typically day for me is
Morning
Cerel (cornflakes cheeros) low fat mlk
Maybe a bagel with 1/3 fat chream chesse
After noon after gym
A turkey sandwich lettice tomato musterd on white bread
with 2 baked potates
or tuna (androma i forgot the name but the lowfat one)salad
with 2 baked potates
both with a protein shake
Diner
Gilled chicken or
some pasta im italian so all there is in my house is pasta lol
salad
Drink 8-12 glasses of water every day and never eat past 9p.m but if im hungry or need somethign i make a protein shake
no junk food but i do eat choclate here and there
I was 168 a week and a half 2 weeks ago now im 165 i use to be 193 a year ago so i really got into a habit of not eating junk food and not eating too much food. So i dont like to eat too mcuh casue im scared of getting fat again i know it sounds stupid but thats how i think plus i go to gym 5 days a week one muscle a day and play basketball 2-3 days a week or cardio 2-3 days a week.

IMO, you're not eating enough. Try something like this for a few months and watch the size and strength explode. Eat like 5 small meals a day (the 5 meals should be protein rich) and drink 2 shakes a day (one after the gym and one before bed). Space the meals out to every 2.5-3 hours. You're water consumption is good.
**Remember... your diet is like 70% of the bb'ing equation!!

I know im not eating enought the reason is i dont want to get fat
so i dont know what is too much to eat.
my routine and habit is good im eating the right stuff i think but not enought of it.
Can you tell me other foods to eat that are good and healthy
Also i want to do deca and winny but if that the right combo for me ?? and whats clomid and im hearing that theres stuff you need to take while taking steroids like liver protection pills and etc can you tell me what they are and are they over the counter or i get them on my own
Hey one last thing i greatly appreicate your help
this is a great site and there should be more of them
people are going o do steroids regarless but at least when there is infomation avaible to them liek this site and people to help direct them like you and others at this board its good to have
and now people are trying to help
