Those pills are loaded with glue, you have to chew them or they wont digest. I had a winny pass through me intact. I would avoid IP if at all possible.

I picked up a good pill cutter at the pharmacy. I cut them into 4 small pieces and then put all the pieces back in a pill bottle. I take some of them with me everywhere so I can take a little piece (and chew it up well) all through the day.

100mgs is too much! You will be just fine with 50mg or a little under. Don't listen to gsxxr
