My DNP results, 27lbs in 9 days!
I just finished a run of DNP that I tacked onto the end of my bulker. With the DNP I ran 1g of Test cyp/enan and 525mg of Tren ace and nolva, femera, b6 etc. Here's how it went:
Day1: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine
Day2: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine (lost 8lbs)
Day3: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine
Day4: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine, 50mcg T3 (lost 13lbs)
Day5: 400mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day6: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mg T3
Day7: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day8: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day9: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3 (The worst day by far. It was 75 degrees outside when it was only 30-40 degrees the previous days)
Day 10: 10mg Sibutramine, 50mcg T3 (lost 27lbs, I may still be holding water but I noticed weight loss immediatly unlike some people who actually gain weight to start with because of water)
My diet consisted of 2600 calories of mainly protein. I ate 50g of carbs for pre and post workout, but no carbs other than that and minimal fat. I didn't workout during the 600mg days.
I started at 225lbs@20%bf and ended up at 198@11%. That means I lost about 23lbs of fat (1%bf every day) and 4lbs of muscle.
Is there any way to prevent all muscle loss? I thought the AAS would do it, but I still lost some.

ya ive heard most guys saty at 200mg then bump it to 400 for the last couple weeks. but thats good u were able to do it that high safely.

I'm also going to try a cleaner bulker next time so I don't have to do 2 major DNP runs. Gained 35lbs in 14 weeks.

sub 10% is just unhealthy in my opinion, unless it is for a short period of time for a competition. I really have no desire to be that fat free. More power to all of you though that want to get that low,...just be careful.
I know DNP is safe if you are carefull with it, but that much weight loss that quick just seems extreme to me. holy SH*IT ,is this really possible? jk dont mean to hijack but when is someone ready to take dnp ? and does the weight stay off as long as your diet stays incheck? ive never dropped into single digit BF but d*mn im definately interested , i usually stay between 12-15 %

i personally find very hard to follow a good diet for a long period... my social life doesnt allow it! i like to go out for dinner at weekends.. and my job (deejay) makes me part of the bar staff that means: free drinks!!!
that is why i was never able to drop my bf under 10% i think.... maybe 12%.
im thinkin about dnp for the last year but im a bit scared...
now seems dnp is normal to take (i see a lot of posts talkin about it)... kinda "the new substitute" to clen /eca or t3!
is this stuff DANGEROUS or NOT in low dosages 2-400mg ed? i think is a bit different between "dnp is dangerous" or "dnp as a lot of sides"....

1st off congrats, that is an awesome amount of fat to loose in 9 days,but next time id go for 14 days at lowe dosages, 600-800 is alot, good luck.

Dimes: You'd have to go for more than 14 days to lose that much at a low dose, probably 21-28. And I only went to 600 for four days so blood levels weren't at their maximum.
maxmuscle187: It's up to you if you feel comfortable doing a shorter higher dose cycle, if not just stick with a longer low dose one. Either way start at 200mg for the first 4 days minimum to ensure you don't have an alergic reaction. This was not my first cycle. My first was this past summer (way too hot). I did 200mg for 2 days then 400mg for 5 more. Lost 10lbs in 7 days using the "all you can eat buffet" diet. It was during pct and I lost some muscle.
I'm extending this DNP cycle 5 more days at 400mg per day. That should put me at 186@6%bf. I have the before pics so I'll try to get some afters and post them both.

D@mn bro, u must have great genetics to go along with it, good job. I remember in summer I ran somewhere around a 14 day cycle where my last couple days were at a gram. I still maintained a great diet (slipped a tad at a gram), didnt seem like I lost that much( I think i lost around 14-16lbs).
Just goes to show, dnp effects everyone different. Good job.

I am sure it wasnt just fat...why would you want to take that sh*t...never understood why someone would go through h*ll just to lose some weight...plus right after gaining all that weight on a bulker..hmmm

I've extended the cycle for 5 more days at 400mg per day. I'll try to get the pics up a few days after I finish and the water is off. This should put me at 186@6%bf.
