blood pressure

How do you guys go about bringing down your blood pressure. I take mine alot but it is pointless to take it if you cannot help it. I just took mine and it was 159/97 I don't like it that high even for a short period on cycle.

Ace inhibitors, ARBs, lower your sodium intake. Get off any gear your on bro.

Yep I would get to the doc ASAP man, that BP is classed as hypertensive and you can be in big trouble at that level.

holy shyt, your systolic blood pressure is fukin rediculous. Yes see a doctor STAT!! STOP THE CYCLE. bro im sorry to rag but i bet before you even started a cycle you didnt have any blood work done? that should be a key element before/during/and after any cycle or cycle planning.
