my Fcuked up cycle
this is my 2nd cycle and it looks like this:
weeks 1 - 4: DBol 40mg ED
Weeks 1 - 12: 125mg Sust EOD
weeks 1 - 11: 125mg EQ EOD
i have 2 problems with it
1. i'm not gaining any weight
could it be that it has only been 2 weeks since i finished my last cycle that i started the next one and my body has a tolerance? (i used Dbol and Test.E in the first one)
however i have been running HGH for the last 2months, 2 - 4Ius a day, so maybe my weight is staying the same because i am loosing fat - but i dont feel like i am and even if i was i would still expect the DBol to add weight
i am eating 8 meals a day - 300 - 350g protein
i was gaining 3Kg a week last time i took Dbol and was only eating 270g protein
2.Also i have been travelling with work and only brought a 100mg strength EQ bottle with me instead of a 250mg bottle and now i have to ration it out
so my EQ has gone from 125mg EOD to a measley 50mg E3D for a 2 week period
do you think this will effect my cycle significantly as far as gains are concerned?

how many calories were you eating per day
just curios. as for the cycle question i cant help. gl with it.

gained 10kg in 4weeks total (22lbs)
thats why i'm surprised that i'm not gaining any this time round...

dbol is gonna mostly add water weight tho bro. so once you get off that shyt its gonna disipate a little. at first you will gain massive amounts because of it but you will loose it once pct starts, well at least a bunch of it.

my first cycle total gained (including test and winny, with dbol at the start) was 33lbs
and i kept 27lbs
i havent gained massive amounts this time though

it must have been the diet then, you really have to watch what you eat and at least make sure to eat alot if you want to gain the most out of your cycle. otherwise id hope your training is down good cuz that could also play into effect. did you at least get a little more cut or vascular from the eq? maybe you had some bunk stuff, or at least something involved in your cycle was bunk?

i'm only 2 weeks into this cycle - the EQ and Sust havent kicked in yet
i'm eating as much as i can - if i ate any more i'd be ill
i even drink eggwhites when i wake up in the middle of the night
i try to get 350g protein a day - normally manage 330g
but i weigh 200lbs so perhaps i need more

nah, thats sufficient enough, but how many clean carbs are you intaking? i hope that your taking alot i would presume?

this is a typical day:
meal 1 - oatmeal, 20g whey, 4 egg whites
meal 2 - 1 can tuna - 2 large pitta bread
meal 3 - chicken and salad (may have some sponge cake too)
meal 4 -1 can tuna - 2 large pitta
meal 5 - protein bar - 35g pro, 35g carbs
meal 6 PWO - 45g whey 90g Dext
meal 7 - oatmeal - 20g whey - 4 egg whites
meal 8 (middle of night) - 6 egg whites, 1 yolk
i sometimes try and squeeze a protein shake in before my workout too (45g pro - 20g carbs)

get some flax seed oil, and some glutamine. take 10g's of glutamine in the morning and flax seed oil for pwo meal. i would up the amounts per meal if i was youl, couldnt hurt since your not seing the gains desired. other than that i dont know really what to tell ya, cuz im positive its not the juice. if its legit it should do the trick, but only if your eating enough to allow it to do the trick. more carbs though bro, eat tons of brown rice also, along with natural peanut butter, perhaps on whole wheat bread or pitas? its looking like your not getting enough carbs in your meals besides the oatmeal. you need a bunch more if id say so. key things to grow, lots of clean carbs and cals, lower amounts of fats, besides clean fats like olive oil, flax seed oil, etc.

Yeah i could try and eat more carbs
although i am working in Nigeria at the moment and clean carbs are kind of hard to find
its all deep fried rice and pizza over here
i'm not sure about putting flax oil in my PWO shake though - how come you advise this? - i dont want to be mixing fats with high glycemic carbs...

i am taking naposim 15 mg a day (3 tabs). do i have to take them at the same time or over the hole day?

you want to spread them out evenly throughout the day because dianabol has a short half life
15mg is a bit low IMO
i took 30mg on my first cycle
by the way you should've started your own thread for that question, but i'll let you off,
i think i did the same thing when i was a newbie

i was once advised at this board a couple of things that i havent quite done but it shows im not alone on this...
one bro told me sometimes you just got to eat a bucket of KFC every now and then lol, and if there is nothing else in the fridge but a tub of icecream....eat it.

its going to be dificult though
does anyone have an opinion on my EQ situation
ie bringing the wrong bottle with me and only being able to do 50mg E3D for 2 weeks
(my first 2 weeks were 125mg EOD)
