Growth hormone , insulin and a very low bf % mate, combined with a heavy androgenic cycle and a good anti E

Definatly low bodyfat and genetics like devldog said. no mater what type of genetics you have there are pros and cons to it. you dont need GH or Insulin though. thats stepping into a new ballgame and if your not ready, you can obtain your goals other ways. try cutting down with an eca/clen stack, then when your body fat is low enough do a masterone/prop cycle, a tren /prop cycle, or a winny/prop cycle.

Low body fat and as you say bro Tren , would use the longer acting depo kind stacked with Winny and Prop also masterbol is very good. Dont use slin till you get more experence. Keep your GH till you cant get any more out of your gear, meaning when you hit a sticking point in muscle gain. Merry Xmas, Respect.

im liking money bosses recommendations, with prop and var. also either prop with eq or prop with winny. those three combos are insane. but despite the stacks it really depends on the training and diet. your cardio has to be insane to lose the bf and your diet has to be insane as well. besides that there are many many things that can give you the vascularity you want but in the end it all comes down to how hard you train and the diet you use.

even though he didnt recommend insulin to the man he still brought it to the table and i personally find that stuff dangerous as all getup. i would hate for anybody to take the stuff without the proper knowledge and support from an experienced doctor or athlete. but above it i dont think he recommended it to the guy, just basically told him that it makes you vascular, thats all.
