Hey bros got a qustion, what do you think would be the best ripping cycle to do? My workout partner is 6'2" 215lbs. around 10 to 12%bf and he has never done a cycle, he is on a good diet and does cardio every morning as far as a cycle goes what would you recommend him take he wants to get really ripped.
