    Actually it is better to administer into the eyes like eye drops...........better saturation since the corneal fluid will allow for the ingestion, there for storing it in the vortex.

    New research shows winny is best used if the ampule is inserted anally. This will slow down and maximize the drugs half-life.

    Actually...NEWER research suggests that swallowing the ampule WHOLE eliminates the 'first-pass' degredation of the active compound by the liver...
