Measuring clen (what syringe?)

Since the clen from ARR doesnt have a pump (so i read) I have to order a syringe. Which one works good?
I did a search and readanyone that has ml split into 10ths.
So if 200mcgs per ml, and it has 10dashes per milliliter, a dash would be 20mcgs.
What syringe works well for this, that I could be from ARR?

1ml insulin syringe.... 100 units on the pin.
So if your clen is 100mcg per ML, 20 units equals 20mcg
