Workout Cycle Q
From what I have read while on AAS muscle recovery speeds up. Would it be ok to train certain muscle groups more than twice a week. I know in Arnolds' book he talks about hitting his calves everyday, but that would seem a little too much. Currently I do Back/Bi's 2X's per week, Chest/Tri's 2X's per week, Legs 2X's per week and abs every other day. Each session lasting about 1 and 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs. If i were to choose a certain cycle could i train the same way, or could i train certain areas even more?

back/bi/shoulders all in one workout is too much IMO.
over working ur muscles works for some people but most guys it wont do any good. i wouldnt train muscle groups more than twice a week! a lot of guys only train muscle groups once a week.

i think training calves eod would be safe depending on intensity,# of sets\reps, and weightload. your calves are used to thousands of reps a day. as far as the rest of your body i am a firm believer in full recovery of a muscle group so once a week per group would be my advice
even while on aas.
what should change is intensity, workload, and set range JMO

just listen to your body, some people train twice a week with great success. The only things i usually train twice a week is bis, and calves. abs eod, just try diff. things and see what works for ya
