How Long Can You Take Juice?

    Hey,

I recently had a bud say to me "OK, so you are juicing, how long you plan on doing this for?" I never thought about it before....when do you stop? how many years can you do it before you kill yourself?

Just would like to know how long some of you guys out there have been on AS???

Have any long term studies been done? 10 years...15 years???

Take em until you reach your goal or satisfied with what you have..

Hey Bri good to see you man. Happy New Year.

My partner and I have really enjoyed our last two cycles and currently we've been on our third cycle for about 2 months now. We've talked about this with our friends before, the reality is, his doctor would have put him on a small dosage of AS because he's in his late 40's. But judging on how it really make us feel mentally and physically, I wouldn't mind doing this for the rest of my life. I do get a quarterly check up on my liver and stuff, so I will do my cycle accordingly. If health permits, I'd be doing this for the rest of my life. I'm assuming my partner is going to do the same.

I think it all depends on dosage, PCT, recovery time, and cycle length. Everyone is different. But for me, I feel I will continue to stay on as long as my blood work and physicals are OK.

Just remember, your health is much more important

    Be safe,
