Been off steroids 9 months. Need to get rid of gyno

About a year ago I was taking deca , test, and D-ball, with various cycles. Now 9 months later I have been clean and still have some puffiness around my nipples. I think its gyno. I researched on here and think that I should take 1.5mg every day of Letrozole to help bring the puffiness down. Is that correct? I keep finding B6 listed to help it too. Please help, summer is coming around and I dont want to have to wear my shirt the entire time. Thanks!

what is your bf %? Are you sure its gyno, and not excess tissue(fat) around your nipples. Seems to me that gyno causes a hard lump, along with puffiness.

It could be a fat deposit as well you could try letro, nolva, ldex, or aromasin

If it really is gyno, and it's 9 months after your last cycle, I think surgery's the only thing that'll work.

femera has also been the only proven thing to work while it has solidified.

read a study where guys were given nolva at like 20mg a day for 2-4 months, cant remember the exact time but, in 80% of the case it helped to get rid of it....

if nolva is used for women with breast cancer to shrink tissue, i dont see why it wouldnt work for us guys with a bit of tissue.... that never made sense to me that everyone says just to get surgery.... letro i have heard also works great, hit it with nolva, although nolva with femara reduces the effect of the femara, it is strong stuff.

run nolva for a few months and see how that goes..

Ive been under the impression that once you have gyno, it can only be removed by surgery. Could be wrong but thats what Ive always read.
