I've finally started

Started my cycle, what do you think?
250 mg sust (supertest 250) a week
300mg QV Deca a week
QV anavar 25 mg a day

This is the first time I will actually go through with my whole cycle, last time I got cut short by a death in the family.... what do you think of this cycle? when in your opinion will I notice some effects? This is my first real cycle. Thanks!

ah, forgot to add... is the 25mg of anavar a day.. sufficient?

not good bro, you need to do at least a 100 more mgs of test aweek than deca , and you have no nolva or pct...not sure about the anavar

ah.. I didnt tell my PCT.. IV egot nolva on hand and plenty of clomid for when Im done... I think I've even got some HCG around somewhere... ill probably save that though..

I've seen plenty of cycles of sust/deca where the deca was more than the test.. and people have gotten sufficient results... correct me if I am wrong.

as for my pct.. how does this look?
starts two weeks after my last shot, what do you think?
day 1- 300mg clomid 20mg nolva
day 2-10 100mg clomid ED 20mg nolva ED
day 11-21 50mg clomid ED 20mg nolva ED

ask any of the mods, if you do more deca than test u may get deca dick, which means no sex for you. you need the test to be more than the deca

is that what you want? sufficient results? i wopuld think you would want the best results...i did a deca and winny only cycle.....worked well, but not as well as if i would have had the test added to it with 100mg higher than deca

the pct is fine and 500mg of test isnt bad either, but sust should be EOD. can you get test e? or c?

pct looks good, you may want to add some ldex, i take nolva and ldex during my cycle also.....10mg nolva and .25 ldex during

you should break the deca into two shots but like peump said the sus should be eod

some people do nolva during cycle and ive seen some just do it after... what is best to do? 10mg/day from your first shot until the end of your pct? what are the pros/cons.. and does it effect your gains at all if you take during?

maybe 10mg every day during your cycle then bump it up to 20mg during pct

FYI- Nolvadex (Tamoxifen ) is a SERM(Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator). This means on certain tissue it can act antagonisticaly or agonistically. In the case of lipid profiles, It acts agonistically. So, running tamoxifen with your anti e's will IMPROVE your cholesterol profile even if not on cycle or using any gear or other anti e's. It's just plain good for cholesterol.
