newbie needs help
i have 2 10ml of nandrolona 300,1 10ml of test pro 100,and 1 10 ml of test 400.i've been working out 4 almost 2 months know.i am 27 and 215lbs.i've tried researching,but its still all a little confusing 2 me .i need a cycle plan and dont know where 2 start.please help!!!!

you should work out a bit longer in order to build a solid foundation imo

you'll need some clomid and nolva for pct. This isn't the perfect cycle,just giving you an example with the gear you have.

Eat more... there is no way possible you have your training and nutrition down to gain as quickly as possible.. Even if you do a cycle, without proper training and DIET, you won't gain anything but water weight.

dude just start reading the boards and you will learn more than you bargained for. i think ive been reading this stuff for a couple years and i still learn very important info.
it would be a wise choice to just start researching, eating, lifting, and researching. eventually you will realize that juicing is far more complex than just shooting compounds and growing muscle. there are so many variables and health risked involved that you really owe it to yourself to learn as much as possible.

yeh u want to work out another 2-3 years on a clean diet until your natural gains dry up this will give you a good foundation for your first cycle and plenty time to do the research! happy training mate.
