Amino acids / vitamins / supp.
Hey guys, what sort of of stuff do you make sure that you take when running a cycle, as far as amino acids, or certain vitamins, or suppliments? What are must-takes while on a cycle in your opinion.

i don't take creatine during a cycle - most gains are in water retention with creatine, seeing as you retain enough water with gear alone, no need to add to it with creatine - use the creatine to bridge your cycles
