    i like delts over glutes, but my favorite place is thighs and tris. shoulda had more choices in the poll.

    Definitely rotate them, but I find delts easier than glutes (but as said above my favorite is thighs).

    Quads are so easy.... I like quads more than Delts.. But delts were the only thing on the list..

    i did not kno that.... i think im gonna have to start "stickin" in my ass...i was always scared of hitting that nerve. how far do u have to go in? like 3 in's?
