How do you post tables...? I have my cycle laid out in table format and everytime I copy and paste, it gets all distorted and f'ed up.

Why would you put it in a table format?

Just easier for me to keep everthing separated out. Is there anyway to import the table so it looks clean and readable...?

Problem is the message board is programmed to strip out extra spaces to keep people from generating unnecessarily long posts filled with spaces... but its leaves extra returns.

If you need a space use a small special chracter like "."

For example,

Testosterone :::::::::::: Trenbolone ::::::::::: Equipoise
....250mg.......................100mg............. .......200mg
