    Question EOD aerobbic steriod??

    My buddy was telling me about an aerobic steriod called EOD that a lot of the tour de france guys got busted for taking. Anyone hear of this shit before?

    The drug you are talking about is EPO. You can find out more info. if you do a search on-line. It drastically enhances the bloods ability to carry oxygen to the muscles. Therefore athletes such as cyclists, middle distance runners, rowers, flatwater canoe/kayakers do not hit the wall... there is very little lactic acid accumulation and they can keep going all out. I don't think there is any practical use for bodybuilders.
