    Vitamin b12 dosage

    currently on cycle with 30mg ed d-bol and sustanon 400mg/w shot eod and was wondering if i was to add some b12 to my routine how many micrograms to shoot and how often?

    The stuff i have is 1000 micro grams per ml so is that the right dosage for using 1cc per day?

    bro shot a halfcc (500mcg) ed, or 1cc (1000mcg) eod

    Agreed, when I shoot my prop ED I use half CC 500mcg ED.
