Anxious, aren't we?
Okay, I only do this kind of thing for people who worry about strange questions in the middle of the night.
So I just called the friendly folks at the 24-hour clinical response line for Quest (the largest lab in the U.S. - and no, I won't give anyone the number, so don't ask), and found out that . . .
The IGF-1 done by Quest actually consists of two tests: the IGF-1 Binding Protein 1, and the IGF-1 Somatomedin-C. (Some of the anti-aging programs, including Cenegenics, may list additional IGF-1 related tests.)
The primary test is the IGF-1 Somatomedin-C, for which the normal range for a male 40-54 years old is 90 to 360.
You can go to bed now.

Arrrrrrgggghhhhhhhh!!!
[Androplex, you have created a monster. ]
Casey, IGF-1 stands for Insulin Growth Factor-1. It's simply a blood test usedt o evaluate growth deficiencies. It's discussed in more detail in a thread you can find here. However, it was discussed in a medical context. The IGF-1 lab test has no intrinsic meaning in the wacky world of anabolics from a bodybuilding or weightlifting perspective.
