No Pump
i dont know if this is the right place but maybe there is someone who can give me a answer.
i cant get a pump what ever i try high reps/low reps different rest between sets, change exercises, changes in diet.
i always had awesome pumps until last may
i competed for the first time 05-30-2004 i diet for 13 weeks and everything went fine except for a shoulder injury thats still hinders me only training chest but its improving.
had incredible pumps while on diet but after the contest i took a week rest and after that i only trained legs for 2 months cause of the injury.
but then i already did'nt had a pump.
i did some heavy juicing in my preperation and for what i've learned now on this board not the smartest way of cycling.
week 1-9 test e. 500 mg. ew
week 1-9 sust 500 mg. ew
week 1-9 deca 400 mg. ew
week 1-13 winny 50 mg. eod
week 10-13 prop. 250 mg. eod
week 9-13 hgh 4iu ed
week 12-13 clen . 0,06 ed
2 days before competion started takin aldactone
no proper pct did used some clomid for 3 weeks but nearly enough
did bloodwork right after and every 2 months after
test was real low for several months but has recoverd since october
i thought i could'nt get a pump because of low test levels but when they recovered i thought maybe when i start my next cycle but maybe i have too be a bit more patient but till day on nothing
this is my current cycle
week 1-10 prop. 100 mg ed
week 1-3 d-bol 20 mg. ed
week 1-4 lr3 -igf 50 mcg. ed
week 1-4 slin 10 iu pwo (5 days ew)
letro 1.25 ed
i think after that i'm gonna bridge so no pct but some hcg every 5th day
got clomid and nolva at hand if i decide to stop
anybody....?????
thanks in advance

If your diet is not in check it could be that you are not getting enough carbs. Not getting enough carbs can cause alot of probs. even if you are getting a ton of protein.

I would say it is definitly your diet. What are you doing for carbs?, what are you doing for protien? Not how much- what? and when. I do a protien and carb meal right before the gym. and try the creatien from IDS In my opinion it is the best. It fills up the muscles with water not under the skin. I do it right before the gym and get increadble pumps.
If it is not the diet then you have to start over with form. Every one should always feel a pump after the 3 rep or you are not doing the exersize right.. You drop the weights go a little lighter and tweak what ever it is to get your positioning right. You could always do a 1 minute pose in between sets
let us know how you make out

form is strict i don't like to throw the weights so i always train with a good form.
as for creatine i,ve tried with up to 20 grams, at this moment 15 grams pwo with the insulin .

Insulin works well for this. Read up first.

I mean the pump is nice - but it is not necessary to grow. it is a nice feeling but nuttin more.

i know but it is strange that i haven't got one in such a long time,
and i wonder how that comes if there is a medical background in it.
