i agree bro, best way is to get on a good diet and do cardio 3x/week on an empty stomach for 45 min at 65% of ur max heart rate.

Mix it up. Jogging is great. Swimming is awesome, if you are not a good swimmer then you'll actually burn more. I was a competative swimmer and my stoke is pretty efficient, which really just means that I can do more laps in the same amount of time...time being the key. A warning, swimming will make you extreamly hungry! I mean you'll hit a McDonalds if it's close by after you swim. Therefore, take a protien bar or something with you for right after you swim.
Another thing, I'm not a guru in anabolics, but if you're using Deca and Supertest (or anything for that matter), I think it's best to consider loosing the belly untill AFTER your cycle is over. At least that's what I learned on here. Otherwise you might not eat enough and therefore your supplies will go to waste.
Am I correct on this?

AGREED!! Honestly I have done enough cycles to find that If you eat anything and everything you will gain more useless weight than if you dieted but overall you will gain more useable muscle too.. Grub buddy and diet and shred after

Of course, if you follow a good cutting diet (like the cutting sticky in the diet forum, for example) you will stop putting on muscle and lose fat instead due to the caloric deficit.
More calories = gain weight
Less calories = lose weight
Unless you're a genetic superman, you're not going to do both of these at the same time with good results.

They also say with some people the fat around the stomach is the last to go when dieting
