I'm about to hit another cycle. I wanting to put on a good solid 15lbs-20lbs. here's my weight as of right now 215lbs. bodyfat 9.5%

1-8 weeks of deca400mgs.
1-8 weeks of test depot 250mgs.
9-10 week clomid

make the test 500mgs instead of 250.

you could always jump start that cycle with some dbol too.

How long did you stay on the d-bol, it gave me headaches at 1st but went away after 4 or 5 days. Luv the d-bols!

Yeah definitely raise the test to 500mg. It is usually better to run a little more mg's of test than deca to avoid the dreaded deca dick. Deca shuts down your natural test prroduction real hard. I would also stop the Deca 2 weeks before you end the test.

why not run the cycle 10 weeks ?your clomid is starting a little to soon also

if you're set on staying with 650mg/wk of steroids then i'd go with 400mg test and 250mg deca .
