Glute shot

I just did my 2nd shot in the right glute...I gotta admit I was pretty nervous but it went away soon as i pierced the skin. I took some of the stress off by watchin some tv while pushin the pin in. I think I would reccomend this injection spot and wish i used it for my 1st injection.....

23ga 1.5" brotha ( i left maybe a centimeter out just in case it breaks).....i draw with 20ga.

i wouldnt worry bout it breaking. but thats ok. 23g 1.5 is what i use in my glute.

Push it all the way in, it wont break. Try breaking one with your fingers and see how far you get.

Glutes are the only muscle i will inject.

Its just safer and easyer IMO

To be honest ive never aspirated when injecting in my glutes and i'm fine

yeah... why don't you aspirate again? Buddy I wouldnt risk it, you need to aspirate.

I just don't, if it were any other muscle then i would.

Glutes is a safe place to inject and the chances of hitting a nerve or injecting in to a BV are slim to none being that there is only one nerve in your glutes(siatic,sorry about the spelling) and if you know you body and where to inject you won't even come close to that. BV in your glutes, Ive never heard of anyone hitting one.

its a good practice and commen sence to aspirate and i would never advice anyone not to for there own safety but i just never have when injecting in to my glutes.
