Hey - what about the guys that juice and don't work out. lol They are also dumbasses. I just can't believe people only workout while on. It's like a total lack a of respect for the bodybuilding lifestyle.

Only a moron would stop lifting after a cycle. Most of my muscle was built off cycle.

Fuk I have been in the gym for the last thirty two years, I started when I was 18 and I started juicing three months ago. Fuk I just wasted thirty two years of my life !!! Think of all the TV I have missed or the burgers I could have eaten.

I voted Yes I do workout after cycle, but I find that I'm not going as frequently due to laziness and no motivation. How long does it take for all the post-cycle symptoms to wear off?? I was supposed to start my PCT with oral Clomid from AR-R 1/4/05 but I was sick after coming back from Vegas plus all the drinking didn't help...I did the Clomid for 2 days and gave up because the Clomid was digusting and it caused a gag reflex whenever I tried to put it down. Bleh, I'll go for the pills next time. Peace all...

Maybe the people who voted they only lift while on are always on and never cycle off?
I lift a lot less, but I still lift hard. I also eat a lot less, and a lot healthier while off cycle. If I pumped as hard and often and ate as much as I do when im on cycle, I would be an overtrained fatass.

Yes, but its also terribly taxing on the body with the amount of weight they lift with. They can maintain their already great physiques, do light lifting here and there then train hard for a few months to hit the stage, not expecting to win, but expecting to atleast place the same as before. Seems kind of futile but hey.. to each their own.

This has been an informative thread for me, in that I honestly had no idea before reading this thread that anybody would only work out on cycle and do nothing between cycles. I'm almost positive that would not work for me, but I guess I can imagine that once someone has worked hard enough to achieve all their goals, they may be able to do just enough to maintain a large part of what they've got in the offseason. It would take many years to get the body to that point, I would think, and these guys may just be burned out, or trying to avoid serious injury or aggravating prior injuries. I do find it a little hard to believe they could get by with no workouts at all - it seems like there would have to be some minimal work done...

Sorry, I am going to go another direction on this. (No, not trying to support the idea of not working out at any point in time!).
However, I have seen a lot of people who train just as often when they are off as when they are on juice. I think it is alright to train everyday, ie Day 1 - Chest, Day 2 - Legs, Day 3 Back, Day 4 Arms, Day 5 Chest again and so on. If you want to push it, this may still be alright even if when you're off cycle as long as you're eating enough and training in an hour or so. I see guys working out at least once a day, maybe twice a day, and spending almost 2 hours in the gym doing 5 difference exercises for one body part, doing 5 sets each. No wonder they cannot grow! If the body is constantly being shocked like that, then there is no chance for the muscles to over compensate.
That's just my view.....I believe in working smart, not just working hard. Some people may think I am lazy at the gym, but I rather go all out to failure, than to be wasting my precious time doing so many sets and exercises, day in day out.

To stop while off, would defeat the whole purpose of geting big and keeping your gains!

The media here pointet at people as young as 12-13 doing steroids (even worse; animal juice! Probably EQ) even without working out. How's that? Not working out during cycle..
I think it was some guy that said this in the media.. Probably not very common.
