How soon can I start next cycle?

I know that it needs to be time on=time off. But does time off include 30 days of pct? and the two weeks before my pct.
example if I did a 8 week cycle of test e and last injection was Jan 1. When can I start my next cycle? 8 weeks from last injection or 8 weeks after PCT?

Your cycle + PCT = time on

Time off = the length of your cycle + the length of your PCT

Starting a cycle that soon after PCT will not allow you to fully recover. Buisness or not.......you need to recover.

THe only sure way to know if you are ready to go back on is to get bloodwork done. You need to recover, it is possible that you can recover in 8 weeks but you will only know from bloodwork. I finished my cycle and 6 weeks after pct my bloodwork came back ok, but I am still going to wait to let my body run its normal course for a while.

    thanks guys

Thanks guys, your opinions are greatly appreciated. I will heed your advice and get some bloodwork done, and go from there.
