    eph question

    i have eph tabs 30mg ephedrine,120mg caff,30mg asprin and 80mg narnegin,what the latest in the day that i can take one of these? is 3 a day correct dose?

    2 tabs 3 times per day, morning noon and early afternoon. you need 50mg of eph, 200caff, and not sure on aspirin but I am sure two tabs will get you there. If you have trouble sleeping take a benadryl an hour before bed.

    Take the kids asprin it is 81mg.

    I take:
    25mg ephedrine
    200mg Caffeine
    81mg asprin

    3x a day..



    Speaking about ECA it is time for me to take mine..

    all that is already in my tab,if i took it at 7.00pm would i have trouble getting sleep at 10.pm?
